How we work

You get in touch for a quick chat about your project, and we’ll arrange to visit you on-site. We have a good network of local architects, so if you don’t already have plans drawn up, we can recommend the perfect architect for your particular project.

If you’ve chosen to work with one of our recommended architects, we’ll work closely with them (and you!) throughout the design and planning process, including submitting the plans to the local authority for approval.

We’ll look at your architect’s plans, discuss the specific requirements of your project and answer any questions you have. We’ll then prepare a free quote, with a proposed start date.

When you decide to go ahead, we’ll agree a firm start date and timeline, and get a contract in place for clarity and peace of mind.

At the start of the project, we’ll prepare the site. This will include providing fencing for security where necessary.

We’ll keep noise and disruption to a minimum for you and your neighbours. We’re always happy to answer questions and we’ll update you regularly.

At the end of the project, we’ll identify any final snagging issues with you and address them so you’re happy!
