  3. Planning and design refinement (once the concept is agreed upon, we refine the design, incorporating your feedback. We provide detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations to help you fully visualise your project)

  4. Planning permission and approvals

  5. Final design and specification (we finalise the design and provide a comprehensive specification including materials and finishes all needed in order to provide you with a detailed quotation for the construction phase)
